Pen&Cob Brasserie

Situated in The Bedford Swan Hotel along the river ouse, a design for the interior of the Pen&Cob was created to respect the heritage and character of the building whilst appealing to a younger, informal crowd without alienating their core clients. The result was a modern and light filled space bringing the outdoors into an environment where friends and family can meet, drink and eat in an informal setting.
